[问题]A problem of install Chinese Language Support!

I just meet a problem in installing Chinese Language Support,when I do this:"~$ sudo apt-get install language-pack-gnome-zh language-pack-gnome-zh-base language-pack-zh language-pack-zh-base language-support-zh"

it is return for this "E: 无法获得锁 /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 资源暂时不可用)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?"

and what shall I do in the next step?
