先去网上search一份你使用起来比较快的，网通建议用台湾的源，电信就用cn99
在终端输入

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

下面有一份源列表，建议复制一部分使用

将里面乱七八糟的东西删了，将你复制的源列表粘贴到里面，保存退出。
在终端输入

sudo apt-get update
sudu apt-get upgrade

这样便更新以及升级了系统。

我按照上述方法安装了下面的源
# Ubuntu.cn99.com 更新服务器（江苏省常州市电信，推荐电信用户使用。）

重启后有22个软件包可更新－－点击－－出现如图现象 一些软件未验证

还有这些东西一起弄上来，大家看看是咋回事？
我用的是7.04的，跟7.10有关系没？
（ 那个更新提示前几天就叫我升级7.10，我没升）

没有更新可供安装
运行部分升级，将会安装可能多的更新
原因可能是
上一次的升级不安全
不是 Ubuntu提供的非官方软件包
ubuntu提前发行版的正常更改

点击部分升级后又出现下面情况：

在认证一些软件包时出错

无法认证一些软件包。这可能是暂时的网络问题。
你可以在稍后再试。以下是未认证软件包的列表。

acpi-support
compiz
compiz-core
compiz-gnome
compiz-plugins
libdecoration0
libfaac0
libmusicbrainz4c2a
mozilla-mplayer
shared-mime-info
wpasupplicant

到底怎么回事？好不容易下定心要更新源呢，到底那儿的问题阿？
担心它会不会影响系统稳定性之类？
期待解决中......
