xiechy同志听到了大家的呼声，不辞辛劳，加班加点的把chmsee整出来了

unfortunally there is someone Name :Li Daobing(lidaobing@gmail.com) , is right responsible to the chmsee package , and he do so from the beginning , the chmsee_0.5.1, to now . the newest package is chmsee_0.9.5-9. And even more he is making ubuntu package too ! the first package he made is chmsee (0.9.5-7ubuntu1) breezy in Mon, 24 Oct 2005.
But I cannot find this package in the official Debian site, I think that may be the package he made is not clean enough to meet the need of Debian Policy.
So I decide to build this packge , but not to , even try to , upload it officially,for the respectiveness reason , He(Li) is the maintainer , not me, And I will upload the two version of this package , one is his original (with source), and another one is just little editting to fixed the name of dapper,and the category the package belong . When his package updated to dapper, I suggest you use his.
