tvtime与ATI显卡－－ATI＝垃圾(解决问题中，也是学习linux进程中……)

我用的是天敏电视精灵2飞利浦7130芯片，显卡是ATI2600XT，连TVtime都打不开（无论是 ubuntu7.10还是8.04版都一样），这是在终端下运行得到的结果，上网查询了好多都没解决，到底是ATI驱动问题带是本身显卡缺陷，但我办公室 Nvidia MX400卡都支持YUY2，2007年的显卡还不如几年前的老卡？？？ATI太垃圾了－－买显卡千万别买ATI，什么性价比都蒙人的，也许要放弃 Ubuntu了。有ATI显卡的弟兄们运行一下xvinfo看看你的显卡支持YUY2，把结果贴上来 ，用 什么型号显卡，驱动。

麻烦有用ATI卡的弟兄们，用xvinfo 命令操作一下，并把结果报告一下，是否有YUY2－－说明A卡类型与驱动版本。我在网上有看到说以前版本的ubuntu在9550之类的老显卡有YUY2

比N卡是弱点，不过2600PRO已经看到果冻一样的效果了

我的MX400一装完就支持果冻了，立方体、火焰什么的都支持，MX400与2600XT差了不止三代，居然连人家这种几年前的低档显卡都不如。

不过，放movie除了xv另外都很差。

今晚重装了系统，用kdetv提示v4L插件错误，火起把新得立起与TV相关的软件及v4l相关的都装上，还好ｃｎ９９源速度很快，最后一狠心把受限驱动又勾上，重启。居然出现ＹＵＹ２了。现在ｔｖｔｉｍｅ终于可以打开了，可是出现下面错误。搜台过程看不到画面，可是有声音。

难怪TVout不能自动全屏，ATI的首代让我aticonfig -h

想来应该是我在新得立里用了开源驱动的缘故。但是果冻效果也有。还没装compiz。这半个月考试，可能没时间摆弄Ubuntu了，近一个月天天晚上到1点睡，唉，Ubuntu让人又爱又恨。当初装它就看上3D效果，可是我的设备居然不能全用上。

普及linux其实就应该从花哨开始（我关注linux就因为ubuntu的3D出众特效），而现在的那些所谓高手动不动就教导人一开始从命令学起，说linux如何强大，而这在windws下不过点两鼠标，对于一般人简单才是王道，除非你有特别的功能能让人觉得有学习命令的需要。没有兴趣的学习只能是填鸭式的，不能持久的。我的DOS知识就是玩windows下的游戏积累来的。高中时DOS课程，根本没学进去过。
