更新源的问题

搞了2天ubuntu了 实在头疼

装的是服务器版本，没有X WINDOW
更新源的时候只能VI编译器吗？

我不太熟悉VI 可以凑合用，可以让我手动输入着么多东西。实在是浪费时间。
想知道有没有 又快有稳的办法。

还有 打开sources.list 里面有很多源的地址，不想用的话是不是在前边加一个# 就可以了？
比如：

这个应该手动输入第一行就行了，其它行vi复制粘贴，稍微修改一下就行了

还有 打开sources.list 里面有很多源的地址，不想用的话是不是在前边加一个# 就可以了？
比如：
# deb-src http://ubuntu.csie.ntu.edu.tw/ubuntu/ hardy-proposed main restricted universe multiverse

查到怎么用了。
在纯文本终端下：
（1）使用v进入可视模式,选定文本块；移动光标键选定内容
（2）复制选定块到缓冲区，用y；复制整行，用yy
（3）剪切选定块到缓冲区，用d；剪切整行用dd
（4）粘贴缓冲区中的内容，用p

源搞完后运行 sodo apt-get update 升级

31%以前正常 以后开始出现
