为什么播放的影像，下半部分都是竖纹？已解决

为什么播放的影像，影像画面的下半部分都是竖纹，根本看不了，而上半部分可以看清楚。

几个播放器，安装所有的解码，播放任何格式影像文件都是这样。到底怎么回事？
