[问题]新版本的virtual box?

我昨天看更新管理器中有更新了kernel *的，好像也有个virtual box的更新，然后就安装了。今天启动的时候发现启动菜单中多出了一组启动项。名字和以前的一样。我进入了第一个以后，发现我的virtual box 启动失败。截图如下：

怕看不清楚，粘贴在这里吧：

VirtualBox kernel driver not installed. The vboxdrv kernel module was either not loaded or /dev/vboxdrv was not created for some reason. Re-setup the kernel module by executing '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' as root.
VBox status code: -1908 (VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED).

reinstall vbox driver to new kernel as it says:

sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup

ok，搞定了，我按照提示，运行了sudo sh /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup,然后就可以了。只是不知道以后更新是否应该注意些什么？

becasuse you used the vbox-ose,
if you use the vbox downloading from sun or vbox which is not the ose.
it will not recombile its driver to the new kernel if you updated !!!

我的系统里还遗留了一个远古时期的 /etc/vbox/vbox.cfg 文件，里面内容是
# VirtualBox installation directory
INSTALL_DIR="/opt/VirtualBox-1.4.0"


安装 1.6 编译drv 时提示的找不到 /opt/VirtualBox-1.4.0/src/build_in_tmp ,查看 /etc/init.d/vboxdrv 内容时才发现的
把那个删掉 vbox 1.6 的安装路径就不会找错了

我也遇到了同样的问题。

sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
* Stopping VirtualBox kernel module vboxdrv [ OK ]
* Recompiling VirtualBox kernel module vboxdrv
* Look at /var/log/vbox-install.log to find out what went wrong

why?
