依赖python 试试 python-dev

编译安装的人，最好善用build-dep

例如，假如，你要安装 vim，就 sudo apt-get build-dep vim
然后相关的依赖就装了，然后再去编译你下载的vim。

对于awn之类的也是一样。找到官方提供的包名，装了编译依赖——然后再去装你自己下载的版本。
