刚装ubuntu，但屏幕老闪，怎么解决，刷新是60hz，没法调整

如题，分辨率不论怎么调整，调大还是调小，刷新一直都60hz
因为刚开始玩linux，根据经验，第一感觉是没装显卡驱动，我的是intel集成显卡，后来用apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel
提示 xserver-xorg-video-intel已经是最新版本，
后来查看xorg.conf，是这个样的

从你的配置文件看你的显卡是intel的集成显卡。而系统并没有安装上intel显卡驱动有安装，试着安装这个驱动
xserver-xorg-video-intel

这个我试过了，但提示是最新版本，是不是就是说明已经安装过了，我不懂，或者还有没有其他的办法？

我Install Ubuntu 8.04最新版本，在重开机时近入desktop界面。发现画面蒙蒙白色的（如电视收视不清），只有滑鼠箭头正常之外！请问谁能帮我解决难题？

以上的硬件对Ubuntu804版本有冲突？
