经常有异常的数据上传，
甚至在firefox关闭的情况下也是的，流量显示在无任何网络操作的情况下有180k/s的数据上传
用了wireshark抓包后
显示source "169.254.8.211" destination "169.254.255.255", "UDP","Source port: 44125
有大量的这种包出现

The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) has reserved
169.254.0.0-169.254.255.255 for Automatic Private IP Addressing
This means that your PC lost its internet connection, and was unable
to get an IP address. Any 169.x.x.x address is only assigned when all
else fails and your Pc can't find your DHCP server.
From SKYX'S point of view, its completely harmless. From your point of
view, it means your internet connection fell over. You may want to
explore why.

no security measure is worth anything if an attacker has physical access to the machine
