从思路上Debian掉其他的包管理工具不是难事，LZ只要求下载，并没有要求同时安装啊。其实想一想windows就明白了新立得只是类似win installer的一种服务。所以基于这种服务的安装是mutex的，一次只能安装一个。可是下载没有限制。那个人就是用perl脚本实现了一个，然后调wget去取包。
