最近听Q10的ogg格式的东西，发现和320kbps的mp3差不多，而且在同等体积下提供的音质明显好于mp3!
于是想把硬盘里的mp3都转成ogg的，在Windows下有foobar，那ubuntu呢？用wine模拟foorar，但没有用！
有转ogg音频的东西吗？
