cannot play warcraft 3, i think it is due to graphic card

search through google and i cant find any solution, the game just showed a black screen after the small wc3 loading picture. it just hang there, no sound at all..

or your wine is not running normally

i try running wine war3.exe -opengl, but the same problem occured.
but i can run other .exe application files with wine, so i dont think it is the problem with wine, correct me if i am wrong. thanks

Hi when i run warcraft with wine, a black screen pops up with only the white mouse arrow thing visible.. Could this be my drivers ?

perhaps you can make a change with the winecfg Application选项卡中选择window xp，在graphics选项卡中，勾选Emulate a virtual desktop，设置分辨率1024*768(依个人电脑情况）。 
and many guys solve the problem :rename the "movies" under the "Warcraft"
