显示器上只显示一小块了。不全屏都显示。就是可以看见的界面只有一小块，边上全是黑屏的。帮帮我。哪里的问题呢？
不开效果就好的。一打开效果就只能显示一小块地方。知道的请告诉小弟一下下。谢谢。。。

似乎是你的显卡设置上仍然有一点错误，

看上去好像是系统使用了显卡的最高分辨率，而compiz只使用了640x480；

也许是你设置了显卡“双屏显示”，但你的显示器接的不是“主显示器”，
如果我没猜错的话，你的显卡有两个接口DVI数字和普通的模拟输出；
你的液晶显示器是接在DVI上，现在显示却是CRT显示器在普通的模拟输出的情况。

如果显卡驱动已经装好了，
可以在任务栏“系统”－“系统管理”里用“NVIDIA X Server Setting ”进行设置：
在X Server Display Configuration里，
(1)把CRT-1禁用（选中后，在Configure...里原本是TwinView改为选择Disabled）
(2)把你的液晶显示器设置为“主显示器“（选中后，在Configure...里选择为Separate X screen）

如果还不行，把你的xorg.conf贴上来看看？

非常感谢楼上的朋友给我详细的解答。。。我的显卡是Nvidia 6150 集成显卡，只有一个模拟输出，显示器是15寸的，分辨率可以达到1027*768 60HZ（在windows下），ubuntu 下面，如果不开启3D特效可以达到这个分辨率，但是一点外观里面的打开第三个的特效，就出现如上的问题。只显示一小部份。现在在外面，呆会回去再看看xorg.conf，把图和代码贴上。
谢谢这里的所有朋友，我从一个新手，凭着自己在windows的操作“经验”花了两天时间不停看资料，操作，已经开始有一点点了解这个系统。可能就是新手的原因，很多操作不当，造成各种问题。看到这里很多朋友的热心答复。感动。。。。
