[问题]Ubuntu8.04登录分辩率的问题

经过近一个月的试验，终于把Ubuntu8.04安装成功了。现在在我的桌面上已经能够实现所有3D特效了。界面真的很爽，那是一种无比惬意的感觉。只是可惜，身边用这个系统的人几乎没有。自然他们也不知道这是什么了！气馁ing！
言归正传，现在我只剩下最后一个问题了：
为什么登录是的屏幕分辩率低的吓人，整个屏幕只能看得见一个字母“U”，还好凭感觉能够输入帐号和口令，不然真不知道该如何了！下面把我的xorg.conf里的内容贴上来，请熟悉的朋友仔细看一下看少了一些什么设置内容。
当然，如果对这个文件配置的高手能详细的指导最好。
这个设置是我接触Ubuntu以来最难最复杂的问题了。毕竟，桌面版系统的终极目标是把可见的东西设置到完美。至少目前来说，这个还是缺憾！

这个改成1024 768试试....我的以前也有过这问题,好像是这么解决的,记不得了....

这个改成1024 768试试....我的以前也有过这问题,好像是这么解决的,记不得了....

按照你的方法，我进行了调整：
1.登录分辩率已经稍微好些，但还是看不到最下面的选项；
2.进入系统后，发现整个分辩率都下降了。

个人觉得，还是没有完全搞懂xorg.conf这个设置文件根本含义。特别是与系统的关系，还有如何进行有效的最优化？不知道，有人对这个研究更深一点的不？
如果有哪个软件可以进行图形界面的调整，分享出来的话就最好了。
