请教ies4linux安装失败问题

An error occured when trying to cabextract some files.

运行ies4linux后，就出现这样的错误，无法继续安装了，请问大家这是怎么回事，应该怎么解决呢？
我用的是离线安装法，因为是教育网，下载不了那些文件，离线安装的贴子在这里
