tspc出错

各位大侠，我按照学校论坛的帖子的方法设置好了ipv6，但前几天在坛子里看到一个tspc，安装后觉得不好就删除了，可现在出问题了，开机登录以及在终端更新时都出现了这个问题：

（刚才又出了这个问题：
$ sudo apt-get install w3m

一般要在那行文字那停几分钟，而且更新时就说有一个没有完全升级的程序要升级，但需要下载的大小是0B。请问这个问题该怎么解决？谢谢！

就是由于删除不干净才出了这个问题！请高手帮忙啊！
