为什么我apt-get老是不成功？

我看几乎所有的文章说到安装软件就说"apt-get"一下就可以了，但为什么我老是被提示"is not availiable," "depends is not installed", "is not installable"之类的话？几乎没有一次成功的。
这是我的源，到底是什么问题啊？

是不是网路的问题
