我的系统进不了了，求救啊

是在虚拟机下面装的ubuntu.现在突然进不了系统了。虚拟机提示信息如下：请问怎么解决

Operation on file "F:\ubun\Ubuntu.vmdk" failed (磁盘空间不足。).
Choose Retry to attempt the operation again. Choose Abort to terminate this session.
Choose Continue to forward the error to the guest operating system.

够的，还有8G多。我觉得不是这个问题，是不是因为我在用虚拟机装ubuntu的时候给他划的盘的空间太小了呢。ubuntu.vmdk文件已经是3.99G了。
这个有没有办法解决呢？谢谢大家。
