How to input chinese in English System use sicm[已解决]

here is my question:How to input chinese in English System use sicm .
In Chinese System i can input chinese with scim
But today I changed my System language to English then i can not change input method to input chiese with scim?
other:In supported languages i had choosed chinese and english already,
I had installed pinyin in scim either!
howto?everyone?thanks a lot!

System--Administration--Language Support, 勾选了Chinese, English. 勾选 Enable support to enter complex characters.
