T5750是否支持64位

新买了个联想f41，Core 2 Duo T5750处理器，我从网上看到的资料好像是64位的cpu，装ubuntu时应该用i386还是ia64还是amd64，我用i386是装成功了，但是不能运行64位的程序，要想运行64位程序该怎么办，各位帮忙看看。
