你难道不知道ubuntu是以跨版本升级容易崩溃著称的么?

不是跨版本 是升级后删除 旧内核时出错

转：
参照此法居然解决了
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/linux-image-2.6.24-19-generic_2.6.24-19.36_i386.deb: 无法在安装新的版本前，为“./boot/vmlinuz-2.6.24-19-generic”做一个符号链接备份
终端输入命令：
sudo rm -fv /boot/initrd.img-2.6.24*.bak
sudo rm -fv /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.24-19-generic
sudo rm -fv /boot/initrd.img-2.6.24-19-generic
sudo rm -fv /boot/config-2.6.24-19-generic
sudo rm -fv /boot//abi-2.6.24-19-generic
sudo rm -fv /boot/System.map-2.6.24-19-generic
于是用命令sudo rm -fv /boot/memtest86+.bin
再次安装ok了

参照如上的方法只删除了最后一项memtest86+.bin，删除后再升级就没有问题了！
