安装多系统时 安装Ubuntu出现 the ntfs partition is unclean

如题，我原先在C盘安装了XP，然后在D盘安装了windows7 想在D盘安装个Ubuntu 版本是ultimate-edition

然后用wubi安装重启进入Ubuntu后 安装到一半就出现The ntfs partition is unclean 提示你用chkdsk /r 检查，我也照做了但问题还是出现了，请问这是怎么回事呢？

以前碰到过
ntfs文件系统在非正常关机时产生的
重新登录一次windows它会自动检查硬盘，然后应该就可以拉
