macbook安装好ubuntu没声音

其他没什么问题，就是没声音，不知道是怎么回事，而且现在不能更新了
一更新就会出来下面的错误内容
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.
有哪位朋友碰到过此类问题？ 请告知下解决方法
