Attached is my mozpluggerrc which can now play embeded movie streams using totem-xine.

Things to know:
- I did this on Hoary so I'm not sure if it will work on Warty (because of the mozplugger version change)
- You need totem-xine and mozplugger (in universe). You'll also need w32codecs if you want to stream anything using a proprietary codec.
- I set up some audio stream capabilities but I haven't tested it yet (I never listen to embeded audio streams). If you can test this, please do and report any success or failure.
- Remove the .zipfile extension and place as /etc/mozpluggerrc.(不要解压,因为论坛不能上传txt格式附件,所以更名成.zip)
- You'll need to remove ~/.mozilla/firefox/pluginreg.dat for mozplugger to recognize the configuration changes.

大致翻了一下，真正翻下来才发现俺的英语水平实在是有限，为什么在学校的时候没好好学呢？后悔中。。。

- 我是在hoary上制作的该文件，所以我不确定他是否能在Warty上正常运行（因为mozplugger版本有了变化）

- 你需要安装totem-xine和mozplugger（这两个包在universe中）。如果你需要私有解码器播放一些视频流的话，那么你也将需要w32codecs这个包。

这个适用于firefox吗？
我apt-get后装了一大堆东西，但在网上看视频，提示mmst不是注册协议。
去FF里找找，好像没地方设置协议的啊。
该怎么搞啊？

还有呢，mplayer与快速设置时安装的totem哪个更胜一踌啊？

用opera增加了协议，可以调用MPLAYER来播放，可是太卡了。

改成调用totem还算流畅播放。不卡。

哦，mmst啊，我还以为是笔误呢，每次我都是将mmst改成mms播放的。

但real格式的还是不行。是不是还得装个realplayer啊？

怎么这链接删除了的？方法不行的吗？我还正想试试。
用Mplayer找了几种实现方法，都没解决问题。看来都是知道了实际地址才能播放的（即使是所谓的在线播放）

这个要先装mplayer，我装了totem-xine+BMP+w32codecs


都能支持了
