网卡的MAC地址是网卡出厂的时候已经固化在里面了

真正的网卡物理出厂后就不能修改的，已经固化了！
网上通过什么软件修改之类的，都只是用来骗上网记录那些东西的，比如Windows可以通过修改注册表，但你的实际网卡地址并不会因此而改变！

要真正改掉网卡MAC地址学要用CBROM在DOS下改网卡ROM
