我的本本，一个Cpu半速运行，另外一个却始终都是全速运行，无语了。。。。（另外一个频率全速，性能却降低了一半）如下：

我的不知道怎么回事，更悲惨了，现在还不如一个脑袋快了。。。。。不知道是怎么了。。。。能不能让它全速前进亚？
