耳机外放同时有声音的问题

现在情况是这样的：本来是我插上耳机没声音，一直有外放的声音，然后我就装了alsa的驱动，然后现在就变成耳机和外放同时有声音了，而且好玩的是，如果我打开alsamixer，降低headphone的音量，连外放的声音貌似都降低了，貌似这两个东西链接起来了，声音首选项里输出的 连接器不管选headphone还是output都没用，还是都有声音。。。怎么办阿。。。

恩。。是这样的。。。而且我现在用aplay -l命令看我的声卡。。发现第一个的子设备是0/1，其他2个都是1/1.。这个是什么？
