清华的源不对外服务，如果用 浏览器打开它的话会有如下提示：
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /ubuntu/ on this server.

交大的源一直在对外服务，但最近听说硬盘挂了。
科大的源如果能找到一个可上教育网的代理，应该可行。

不是这样的，学校使用的 网络通，校外是可以访问的，只是貌似 网络 通对于外网(教育网之外)的连接数貌似有限制。
当年我在校内更新的时候那个速度.... 5M+/S
