给小朋友用ubuntu ，想建立一个帐号，只能联接到特定的网址，如何实现。

nanny 家长控制，可以设置上网黑白名单和时间。

如果权限没问题的话，也许可以在用户目录的.profile文件里iptables命令
估计很可能root才能使用iptables命令
