ubuntu 12.04 desktop版本下Intel 7260-AC联网问题

1.OS : ubuntu 12.04 LTS desktop(32bit or 64bit)
H/W: Intel 7260-AC(无硬件开关)
问题: 不能联网
2.依照网上所搜寻到的答案（http://askubuntu.com/questions/331667/n ... version-63）做如下动作
a.下载backports driver及firmware
b.依照指示进行安装driver及加载firmware
结果：Intel 7260-N网卡可以驱动且正常使用，但Intel 7260-AC网卡不能驱动或正常工作

另外请教一下，如果我想将已载入的driver停止或者卸载的话应该用哪个指令？
因我有使用过sudo modprobe -r iwlwifi希望重新加载别的驱动尝试，结果显示的是iwlwifi已在使用中"FATAL： Module iwlwifi is in use."
使用了rmmod -f iwlwifi指令也不行

另，您提及的驱动及firmware需要Linux kernel 3.10+的支援，这点在Intel的官网上也有提及，但由于某些限定因素，我希望可以在不升级kernel的基础上正常使用
此款7260，因此寻求帮助。而且，从官网中提供的资料，7260-N和7260-AC使用的驱动和firmware应为同样的，既然我的7260-N在同样的系统下使用同样的安装
手法是可以正常使用的，那么理论上7260-AC应该也OK才对

没有改善，还是一样的

另，我怀疑和BIOS或者WLAN本体有关，因为我安装的是Win7和ubuntu双系统
在Win7中，虽然WLAN功能是OK的，但却没有BT device

还有，我验证安装了12.04.5版本，Linux kernel是3.13+的，其结果是一样的，可以识别到WLAN，但一样
是无法联网的状态，而且，我发现在设备中查看BT的状态一直是disable的
