你要用云输入？还需安装 fcitx-module-cloudpinyin

安装好后先别折腾 im-config 先重启
重启完后看 fcitx 有无自动启动？再检查环境变量：

如果出现 @im=fcitx 就是没问题。

如果 fcitx 已经自动启动，右键点托盘上输入法图标，设置 - 输入法 - 添加 - 选择拼音（英文环境下要取消‘only show current language’的复选框）。
云输入法插件要在右键点托盘上输入法图标 - 设置 - Addon - cloud pinyin - configure - enabled 中启用
