最大化最小化关闭按钮放到右侧问题

我按照http://blog.chinaunix.net/uid-11829250-id-460639.html里讲的方法来做，但在gconf-editor找不到metacity，怎么办？？

Unity 不使用 metacity 作为窗口管理器
13.10 及以前的版本可用 unity-tweak-tool 方便地改变按钮位置
从 14.04 开始 Unity 无法改变最大化最小化关闭按钮位置
