gnome-shell窗口边框和kde桌面的图标花屏

搞了几天几日了，哪位大神帮下我

把下面指令 複製 貼進終端機 執行

1-4 没结果

开始是输入密码登入不了系统，ubuntu 14.04 ，看着unity就丑，也是花屏的，就卸载了unity。就装个kubuntu桌面。由于程序边框花屏。再装多个gnome-shell 也是花屏，显卡闭源驱动装不上，内核不支持。。。折磨了我几天。 华丽的画面进不了，只能终端字符界面 sudo service kdm start. 选kde桌面，我有gdm lightdm kdm。就kdm能用。。。。
gnome字体整个都是乱码，
编辑 /etc/default/locale
将 LANG="zh_CN"
替换为 LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"
就好了点，字体不乱码了。但右击空白地方选项也是乱码的，右击右上角的选项全是乱码。

kde就更惨,最大化，最小化，总之跟边框有关系的全看不见，把鼠标放上去才显示。。。。。
