Workaround:
1. Do not use Xenial yet.

建議暫時不要用這個 16.04 的鏡像檔
xenial-server-cloudimg-amd64-disk1.img

换成了trusty-server-cloudimg-amd64-disk1.img，但还是登录不了
是不是ubuntu的镜像只能使用ssh登录？
