安装scrapy遇到的错误，请大神指点给个思路

python:2.7
先前更换过3.5后来又换了回来，在安装scrapy框架时一直报这个错误，之前也有这种情况，百度无果，请各位看一下
小弟不胜感激，一下是部分报错信息。

用的是win10双系统，昨天引导坏了，win10的修复后，Ubuntu又进不去了，弄到现在，看来只能从装了，不过还是要多谢您了

从装系统后就好了，是python版本的问题，真是多谢了
