安装VMWare5的问题

一个安装VMWare5的问题，简单说安装不成功，到这步就不行了“确认C文件的位置” “What is the locaton of the directory of C header files that match your runing kernel?"
我找了一个有 linux asm net 这几个文件夹的目录还是不行。
请热心之士帮助解答！！！

需要装 内核的头文件,可以在apt仓库里找到
linux-kernel-headers

我用了apt-get install linux-kernel-headers
root@ubuntu:~ # apt-get install linux-kernel-headers
正在读取软件包列表... 完成
正在分析软件包的依赖关系树... 完成
linux-kernel-headers 已经是最新的版本了。
共升级了 0 个软件包，新安装了 0 个软件包，要卸载 0 个软件包，有 1 个软件未被升级。
并没发生变化，还是无发装入VMware啊

我用 apt－get install inux-headers-2.6.10-5 系统叫插入CD，安装完毕后再装VMware，还是出现一下提示？

The path "/usr/src/linux/include" is not an existing directory.

之后键入 /usr/include
又出现一下提示？

The header files in /usr/include are generally for C libraries, not for the

当时没有任何问题，我现在在耍Gentoo，已经好久没用ubuntu了。
但听说VMware 5.5不支持现在的新内核， 如果你遇到的是这个问题就去下载一个
VMware Server 1.0 吧，那可是免费的，并且支持新内核。

用vmware server吧。很好用，安装又简单。还是免费的。
