[问题]装完KDE后的问题

感谢stlxv之前的热心帮忙！
装完kubuntu-desktop kdesdk build-essential这三个后，重进系统是KDE了。可是问题出现了：
There was an error setting up inter-process communications for KDE.The message returnded by system was: Could not read network connection list. /home/xiejun/.DCOPserver_xiejun-laptop__0
Please check that the "dcopserver"program is running!
这是什么情况啊？好象结果就是不能上网了。
数据包捕获函数库libpcap在哪能下到啊？
接口函数库Libnet呢？
