ubuntu14.04大家如何降温？

如题，小弟安装ubuntukylin之后，深深觉得ubuntu中文用户应该都用这个版本，但是。。。不能安装显卡驱动，又不能禁用独显，目前温度略高。特地向大家求助，集思广益，一起讨论如何降温。

但是A卡驱动把我整爽了。。。。

老大，没太看懂这个Linux Graphics 2014Q1 Intel Graphics Stack Release这个是干嘛用的。。。感觉Ubuntu自带有这些啊
