天啊，那个步骤还真是慢啊，花了40多分钟，花都开了

有没有简单些的，这么多配置相当麻烦呢。
中文字体总是显示不出来。

系统配置：xp+vmware+ubuntu7.04
texlive2007软件包：texlive2007-live-20070212.iso.zip

问题：按照楼主的步骤挂载iso；切换到安装文件路径；sudo ./install-tl.sh；
用 i 选择默认安装；开始出现的是准备清单，随后在安装过程中出现大量的input/ouput错误

举例如下：

代码： 全选

/bin/tar: texmf-dist/metafont/base/expr.mf: Read error at byte 0, while reading 183 bytes: Input/output error
/bin/tar: texmf-dist/metafont/base/io.mf: Read error at byte 0, while reading 857 bytes: Input/output error
/bin/tar: texmf-dist/metafont/base/mf.mf: Read error at byte 0, while reading 32 bytes: Input/output error

你把源暂时改成 gutsy ,, apt-get update 一下，不要dist-upgrade ,,然后直接sudu apt-get install texlive ,,,就是2007了，，，，然后再把你的源改成feisty ,

apt-get install texlive
apt-get install latex-cjk-chinese

运行paflatex提示出错：

原来的tuple_chinese.tex用cjk写的好像，为什么不能通过呢，还有哪个软件包没下么？

是你使用了ctex的宏包的缘故。

看来你需要是root用户，可以用sudo su暂时取得root权限，然后再update。

好象不能用了.我按楼主的方法试了,可以用英文的,但是用中文的时候出错了.
