只是输入compiz--fusion后，不能关掉终端。

在“系统-首选项”里有Compiz Fusion的设置程序Compizconfig Settings Manager,运行Compizconfig settings Manager，可以看到非常多的选项，不过目前都是英文的，大家可以试试各个特效所产生的效果。

为什么我点了Compizconfig Settings Manager却什么反映都没有呢？

请正确安装显卡驱动，请使用受限驱动管理器安装显卡驱动。

显卡驱动没有安装好

如果你不用7.10默认的Compiz而是另外添加Compiz的源进行更新的话，请先把原来的Compiz全部删除，再重新执行系统更新，最后再重新安装Compiz就OK啦。

请正确安装显卡驱动，请使用受限驱动管理器安装显卡驱动。

我的显卡是集成INTEL GMA900显卡，没有出现在受限驱动管理器中。怎么重新安装驱动？

这里你没说清楚应该是先把你给出的添加源：

deb http://download.tuxfamily.org/3v1deb feisty eyecandy
deb-src http://download.tuxfamily.org/3v1deb feisty eyecandy

删除。·把原来的Compiz全部删除，再重新执行系统更新：

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

最后再重新安装Compiz。很多问题就解决了。
