為了讓在 Ubuntu 寫 APP 變得更簡單
自 Ubuntu 16.04 開始 重新區隔 main 套件庫 與 universe 套件庫 裡面的套件
讓 main 套件庫減輕套件數量
此舉將影響 套件與套件 之間的相依關係
寫 APP 時 或 更新套件時 可能將會體驗到這種 從 main 套件庫 到 universe 套件庫 的某些套件的遷移活動

使用 Ubuntu / Debian 的理由之一 是其採用 *.deb 打包
把許多共用的套件 打包在另外的 相依套件 大大縮小 *.deb 的尺寸
安裝 *.deb 時 會連同 所有遞迴相依套件 一併安裝 更是其特色

但是 還是有許多網友 關心 能不能把 所有的 套件及其遞迴相依套件 打包在同一個包包 ?
好消息是
自 Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 開始 這個方式 透過 snaps 將實現上述想法
跟 *.deb 並行存在在 Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 及以後的發行版
