打开gconf-editor，找到：/apps/gnome-power-manager/ui/cpufreq_show，钩上。
然后打开电源管理，就可以找到频率设置了。

命令行双核的用法

On systems with more than one CPU you need to repeat the last command for every other CPU you have with specifying the parameter -c (CPU). To set the governor for the second CPU write:

cpufreq-set -c 1 -g ondemand

AMD 5000+黑盒，捷波悍马HAO3板子，似乎ubuntu支持的不是很好

安装之后cpufreq-info的结果：
111@ubuntu-111:~$ cpufreq-info
