什么原因？GUI的更新管理器却可以更新源，不过速度也是很慢，几KB/s而已

你好，我这边用没有问题，你能不能报告一下你的网络环境？例如是不是在学校或者公司里面，很多人从同一个IP出来的？我来诊断一下源有没有问题。
另外，你能不能贴一下你的source.list文件的内容？

我的网络环境是联通的2M小水管，以上是source.list文件内容，已经取消了中科大的源了，由于是mint版的debian，所以第一个是mint的源。

暂时没发现有其他问题呢，下载什么的都没问题，唯一发觉的就是更新源的速度明显变慢了。700B/s 0秒
ps：dnsmasq的缓存放在哪里的？

另外，教程说的要把networkmanager里的dns地址设为127.0.0.1，这个设置在我这里不行，完全不能解析网址。要设为这样：127.0.0.1，8.8.8.8
才行

有个疑问：apt-get update第二次是不是比第一次慢的，因为要下载的东西少了。
第一次：
下载 12.7 MB，耗时 2分 0秒 (105 kB/s)
正在读取软件包列表... 完成
第二次：
下载 19.6 kB，耗时 1分 32秒 (212 B/s)
正在读取软件包列表... 完成

第二次update实际上不会下载任何数据，只是访问一下服务器上的文件，如果时间戳相同就不再下载了。
感觉你配的DNSMasq有问题。你把sources.list中mirrors.ustc.edu.cn都换成IP试试看。IP用下面这个命令输出的：

dig +short mirrors.ustc.edu.cn
