我删除了XP下的最后一个逻辑驱动器F，用CD安装了UBUNTU，分区全部使用逻辑分区，分了100MB给BOOT，安装那步也点了高级，选择了sda7（BOOT那个分区），可重启之后没有任何选项，直接进入XP。XP下只能访问原来的C，D，E盘。我应该怎样做才能有UBUNTU的启动项呢？

我尝试了网上的方法：
用CD启动进入 Ubuntu 之后，键入grub，得到提示符 grub >
如果你知道Ubuntu 在第几分区，比如第一硬盘的第三分区：
grub > root (0,2)
注意，记数是从0开始的。如果你不记得Ubuntu 在哪个分区，也没有问题。你可以用find 查找：
grub > find /boot/grub/stage1
然后：
grub > setup (hd0)
我分区分别为C/D/E/BOOT（sda7）/交换空间/ROOT,但我不确定boot是第4还是第7分区，所以用了查找，可是等了很久都没反应，而且无法输入命令，所以放弃了这个方法。

用ubuntu live cd进入，在computer/ 98.7MB Media/ grub/下找到menu.1st，打不开，复制到D盘，进XP用写字板打开原文如下：
