遇到一个很棘手的问题：软件包里面很多软件无法安装，总是提示网络无法链接。Shell里面也是这样：
dministrator@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get update
错误 http://cn.archive.ubuntu.com maverick Release.gpg
无法连接上 cn.archive.ubuntu.com:80 (123.129.214.98)。 - connect (111: 拒绝连接)

错误
访问 提示的网络则：
无法连接

Firefox 无法建立到 cn.archive.ubuntu.com 服务器的连接。

其他网页正常；
系统：ubuntu 10.10 请帮帮新手啊，不然那个软件管理系统不就是摆设了。
