本人新手一枚、才开始接触Ubuntu，希望各位老老老师帮帮忙指点指点。
问题是这样的：
我在Google上下载了Ibus-1.3.9版的框架。装上了之后想装一个拼音。结果configure的时候出错啦。。。
错误代码如下、ibus是最新的。该怎么办哇？

我执行了、结果是：
regal@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get install ibus-pinyin

ibus-pinyin is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 9 not upgraded.
它提示我的拼音是最新版，可是Ibus 框架里面根本找不到啊、也没有加载进去。这是怎么回事呢？

ibus preference里面加

额。。。
不好意思、我的智力有限。在 ibus preferences 中还是没找到。。。

右边那个add不能点？

嗯、右边那一列全都不能点。是怎么回事呢？

各位朋友、谢谢你们的帮助。
看过你们地方法后又看书研究之后、把locale的lc_ctype改成了zh_ch.utf8.可是ibus preferences里面还是不能添加输入法，希望各位老师能帮助我解决、谢谢。
