It's great I can get on the internet in my ubuntu now.
I have been finding the solution of network problem for three days,I nearly give it up.
But eventually I tried to change the DNS server, use the tele-com's DNS of my city, yeah! It works.
I can't belive that, because my computer is in a lan net. How can I think about the outer DNS?
So only just to try, it brings surprise to me. God bless me!~

PS: my input setting is not finished, so only english is allowed.
