新手求助dfu-until fastboot 无法安装

各位大大好。纯新手一个 想用这个系统刷个平板。本来有教程的，但是我刷机遇到dfu-until not installed-----
fastboot not installed----- 都说最新的系统可以 我就重新安装的13.04 但是还是提示这个 让他自己安装就提示
unable to locate package duf-until. e:some index files failed to downloads.they have been ignored,or old ones used instead
直接用apt-get 也不行 也是无法安装。 系统就是一个空白的什么都没有弄 请问各位大大怎么办！谢谢
