It seems that emacs is popular than vim here. But vim can work in tty!

emacs can work in tty too!
I don't like complex shortcuts, so I use vim.

用自己合适的就行啦，不用管时髦不时髦，用的人多不多。notepad++ 用的人肯定比vim/emacs的人多。这才是不能在tty里用的呢！
